The idea of writing a nature haiku made me think about my connection to what I was writing about. How am I connected to this ? What is my link and understanding of this creature?
I have always understood the idea behind a haiku but the beauty of distilling something into a few syllables really made me focus.
Here is my first attempt- I look forward to writing more over the week and getting much better at both recognising my connections and using my finest word.
