As you go out today look up. Most people tend to look down or maybe ahead, few look up. Try looking up today. Notice the silhouettes of the branches against the sky or enjoy the ivy twisting up a tree. Start from a comfortable place on your nature connection journey: which trees look the same? which trees look different? Are there any nests or woodpecker holes in the trees? If you are a keen 'namer' then take some photos and find out what the trees are from their winter outline- or bring some specific tree outline drawings with you and try to find those trees.......

Hi, I have loved walking week, thank you, especially in the snow. I have done 5,4,3,2,1 with the kids at school and it was great that we could all participate in tasting -soft powdery snow on the tongue, a joy.
