SOCIALLY DISTANCED, THIS SET OF SESSIONS IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE OUR HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING.  NUMBERS WILL BE CAREFULLY CONTROLLED AND OUR RISK ASSESSMENTS REVIEWED EACH WEEK TO KEEP EVERYONE COVID SAFE.

INTO WINTER offers:

  • session led by Elizabeth Swift

  • the words and the tunes of the songs we are focussing on - so you can sing at home

  • refreshments each week - bring your own mug

  • a recording of the songs made on the final session - so you can relive the songs right through the winter!
